Here are the minutes of the meeting that occurred on Wednesday the 7th of July. This is what we proposed;
• Wheelchair inside barrier 6ft- 8ft out for access, approximately allocating 3 / 4 seats to people with reduced mobility.
• Toilets can be easy to get in the Gardi station.
• Signs for stage area. Signs on enter to front of stage –South and North mall. If possible blue background and white large white text with arrow pointing to location.
• Signs on enter will read ‘designated area for people with reduced mobility, and PA’s / helpers’.
• Parking will be provided at Hastings garage for I W A buses or other charitable organizations in need of easy reach.
Would advise people with reduced mobility to arrive as early as possible, to see one of Ireland’s finest entertainers MUNDY with guest the one and only SHARON SHANNON. See posters for details.
