In the event that you are still dissatisfied with the outcome of the review you can then refer your complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman.

As a wheelchair user it amazes me to have to comment on access in the hospital is. I have tried to highlight ongoing problems I and others are having.
As a qualified access campaigner I would like to meet and discuss our problems and bring them to your attention.
