In line with the Health Service Executive Complaints Policy & Procedure I have forwarded your correspondence to Ms. Fidelma Creaven, Complaints Officer, Mayo General Hospital, Castlebar, Co. Mayo who will be in contact with you directly.

 

If you are unhappy with this investigation you can request a review of your complaint.  Please contact this office where a Review Officer will be assigned to review your complaint. In the event that you are still dissatisfied with the outcome of the review you can then refer your complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman.

As a wheelchair user it amazes me to have to comment on access in the hospital is. I have tried to highlight ongoing problems I and others are having.

As a qualified access campaigner I would like to meet and discuss our problems and bring them to your attention.
