December 20, 2013 - The Laconia Police Department, a member agency of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force, arrested Fugitive of the Week, Jacob Labonte. Labonte was being sought on an outstanding Belknap County Superior Court arrest warrant for failure to appear on charges of 2nd Degree Assault, cocaine possession, and resisting arrest.

December 19, 2013 - On December 13th, the U.S. Marshals Service transferred $9.2 million to the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Illinois. The funds will be applied to the restitution ordered by the court to be paid to the city of Dixon in the Rita Crundwell fraud case.

December 18, 2013 - Bruno Keith Carmona was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service North Texas Fugitive Task Force in Dallas, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Bexar County Adult Probation Office, where it is alleged that Carmona failed to report and absconded from supervision and an additional arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, where it is alleged that Carmona failed to comply with sex offender registration.

December 18, 2013 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Attempted Murder suspect Darryl Pierce in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

December 18, 2013 - Members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force arrested this week's Fugitive of the Week, James Michael Porter, in Jaffrey, NH. Porter had been convicted in 2010 for Interstate Transportation of Stolen Property. Porter was incarcerated at a half-way house when he left the facility and failed to return at the designated time and subsequently an arrest warrant issued by the U.S. District Court for Escape.

December 18, 2013 - U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of Virginia, Robert W. Mathieson, announces the capture of Richard "Andy" Barnett. Mr. Barnett was wanted out of Norfolk, VA for taking indecent liberties with a child, animate object sexual penetration of a child and aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13 Years of Age.

December 17, 2013 - Kathlyn Regina Huff was arrested this evening by the U.S. Marshals Service Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team in Farmington Hills, MI. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where more than 36 years ago Huff was indicted on allegations of attempted murder.

December 17, 2013 - In a joint effort, the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Escambia County Sheriff's Office hit the streets of Escambia County the past week in the second phase of an earlier round-up initiated two weeks ago, capturing some of Escambia's more elusive and violent fugitives.
