The Justice Department announced today that it has entered into a settlement agreement with the Newseum, Inc. resolving alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  This agreement addresses the accessibility of the Newseum, Inc.'s building, exhibitions, programs, and website for visitors with disabilities, including people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility disabilities.  The Newseum has fully cooperated with the compliance review and has remedied and continues to remedy some of the alleged violations identified by the United States.
