As discussed today on the phone, I am still working on getting an organisation to deliver a PA service to you. In the interim I am aware from discussions with the Home Help Manager that your living area has become unkempt, in order to address this we are looking for a cleaning company to do an initial clean which will result in a clean environment for you to live and for staff to work in. Once this is achieved we will endeavour to address the maintenance of your living space. As discussed and with your agreement the Home Help Manger and I will call to you next Friday at approx 9.30am to discuss your service and to outline the roles and responsibilities of all in the delivery of your service, this will hopefully help to resolve any issues that are outstanding between you and the staff working with you. Once a PA service provider has been identified, the manager of this service will meet with you to discuss all aspect of the PA service including personnel, and roles and responsibilities.
I am aware that you are very anxious for a service to commence and hopeful with the cooperation and full understanding of roles of both Home Helps & PAs a satisfactory structure for service delivery for both yourself and staff will be put in place.
