The Taoiseach, Enda Kenny has sent me a copy of your letter which I find most disappointing. I acknowledge every communication from you, apart from the last one which I could not open. I sent you an email explaining this but I did not hear from you. Other Councillors may not have contacted you but you should not tarnish all with the one brush.
