'NO CAR DAY' is upon us again. This Wednesday 22 September, we're asking people to leave their car behind and join people right across Europe in using public transport, cycling or walking to get to work, college or school on this day. Iompar Castlebar are organising a big 'Live better, Travel Smarter' event on No Car Day in the Mall, Castlebar from 12 -2 pm.
- TREASURE HUNT: Young or old, come to the Mall at lunchtime and join in the hunt for prizes. What you find you keep!
- FUN CYCLE GAMES: Bicylce egg and spoon; Bike relay; Slow bike race .. and lots more
- Get your BIKE LICENCE
- Information Stand on the 'BIKE TO WORK' Scheme
- CASTLEBAR'S SMARTEST MOVER 2010: Competition winners will be announced and presented with prizes on Wednesday at 1:15 pm.
- IOMPAR CASTLEBAR CYCLE CHALLENGE: Participants presented with prizes
