Padraig,

 

On the 11 th February last a chap from Homecare Medical Supplies Ltd Knock Rd Ballyhaunis was here with Lynne Horan my Occupational Therapist doing some work to my electric bed. As he had to do some work outside he used the grinder too close to the patio door thus the sparks damaged the glass outside. Ann Kelly asked me to notify you there at Belmullet Offices to look into the matter.
