It was 'cameras and ceol' in Keadue recently with the IRISHTV crew visiting the internationally renowned O'Carolan Harp Festival. Some of Ireland's best known and most gifted musicians, singers and dancers will feature in a special SKY TV programme tonight.The show features fantastic interviews and performances from legendary composer Alan Tongue, current Leitrim Rose Edwina Guckian and the world famous box player Sharon Shannon, as well as wonderful street performances and pub sessions from locals and visiting musicians. There will also be a round-up from around the country, with a trip to the Town of 1000 Beards and a look at the 'points race' included. Tune in tonight at 9pm on Sky 191/Freesat 400 and online on www.irishtv.ie. We're also on Showcase +1 (channel 193) at 10pm if you miss us at 9pm! Leaving cert fever has gripped the nation as the results came out this week.
