Thank you for your email. Once a business has been nominated a secret
shopper will visit the premises and mark them accordingly. Our secret
shoppers have a strict marking criteria to follow and personal
experiences from customers of all abilities are taken into account when
the final decision is being made.

If you would like to come on board next year for the marking as a
secret shopper please let me know and I will contact you at that time.
