letter about Heuston Station

ENDA KENNY, TD

Department of the Taoiseach,

Government Buildings,

Upper Merrion Street,

Dublin 2

7th November 2011

Dear Enda,

This is to bring to your attention the distance of 103 metres people have to walk out from when the Westport train stops at Heuston Station and get to the main terminal.

This is particularly stressful for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users because it puts more strain on them especially when they are running to get bus/luas for their hospital appointments.

When you were in opposition you also pointed this out as a problem and now that you are in power, can you put an improvement on this issue?

Looking forward to your reply.

Yours Sincerely

…………………………………….
