How are you today? Just to keep you informed I spoke to Peter again this morning and he tells me that your monkey pole was sent out with the courier last week.I explained to him that he did have your mobile no and home address and that you would have been at home ready to receive it.He is checking with the courier company now and awaiting a call back.
I'll e-mail you as soon as I have news.

Sorry reading backwards through my e-mails and just read this now-I'm glad its fixed.Just for your info if your bed or mattress are broken again you must go to Mary the Nurse.She is the one now to arrange for either of these items to be repaired or replaced when necessary.
