October 03, 2013 - Deputy U.S. marshals today arrested 15 Most Wanted fugitive Clyde Hall Jr., a career sex offender who violated conditions of release and failed to register as a sex offender. Members of the United States Marshals Service's Maine Violent Offender Task Force apprehended Hall without incident earlier this morning on Congress Street in Portland, Maine. The fugitive had been on the run since March 2012 and was added to the USMS 15 Most Wanted list Sept. 12, 2012, becoming the first person added to the list who had violated the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act (AWA).

October 01, 2013 - A Savannah man on the Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department's Most Wanted list was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Task Force and SCMPD K-9 on October 1, 2013. Rashamel Okise Gardner, 20, was wanted by the Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department on two separate warrants charging him with Robbery by Sudden Snatching for incidents at F.P. Wortley and Levy Jewelers in Augusts of 2013 where Rolex watches were taken from both stores totaling approximately $42,000.

October 01, 2013 - The U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force captured an Escambia, AL man today that was living at his girlfriend's mother's house in Pensacola. On August 2, 2012 the Escambia County Sheriff's Office in Alabama issued a warrant for Quavardis Lavarica Russell charging him with Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and Attempted Rape 1st Degree. Investigators believed that 21 year-old Russell had originally fled to Flomaton, AL then made his way to Pensacola where he supposedly has family living there. The Task Force arrested Russell inside a store without incident. Russell was brought to the Escambia County Jail in Pensacola. Although his warrant has a $250,000 bond he will be held as a fugitive from justice pending his extradition back to Alabama.

October 01, 2013 - The U.S. Marshals – N.H. Joint Fugitive Task Force is pleased to announce the arrest of fugitive Timothy Wayne Smith. Smith, 22 was last known to reside in Rochester, N.H. was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the N.H. Department of Corrections Parole Board for violations of parole. Smith was on parole due to a prior conviction and sentence on an original offense of receiving stolen property. Smith is also the prime suspect in a string of burglaries in the Lebanon, Maine area in which multiple firearms were stolen. Due to the seriousness of these allegations, Smith was considered to be armed and dangerous.

September 29, 2013 - The U.S. Marshals – N.H. Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating ARMED & DANGEROUS fugitive Timothy Wayne Smith. Smith is wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the N.H. Department of Corrections Parole Board for violations of parole. Smith is on parole stemming from a prior conviction and sentence on an original offense of receiving stolen property. Shortly after his release from the N.H. State Prison, Smith absconded from parole supervision. This resulted in the issuance of an arrest warrant for Smith in early August. While on the run, Smith has become the prime suspect in a string of recent burglaries in the Lebanon, Maine area. During these burglaries some firearms were stolen.

September 27, 2013 - 'Fugitive of the Week' Andre Garcia, 23 who's was last known address was in Dorchester, Mass., was arrested this morning in Swansea, Mass. Garcia was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Belknap County Superior Court for failure to appear on multiple charges including; two counts of possession with intent to distribute heroin, cocaine, and crack cocaine, as well as the possession of marijuana. The Belknap County Sheriff's Office had requested the assistance of the task force to help in the location and arrest of Garcia in April of this year.
